Environmental Advisor

We are seeking 2–3 energetic Environmental Advisors for Messukeskus in Pasila for a permanent, seasonal-tilted role. The Environmental Advisor guides our customers at Messukeskus regarding recycling and environmental responsibility. The job is varied and involves independent customer service in a bustling environment where you will meet many people, including event builders and exhibitors. Your duties include guiding customers to the correct recycling points, advising on proper recycling practices, upselling cleaning and recycling services, and ensuring safety in all activities. We expect you to have an energetic, proactive approach, excellent customer service skills, the ability to engage and guide diverse people, interest and understanding of recycling and environmental issues, and fluent Finnish and English for communicating with customers and staff. Working hours are Monday–Sunday between 07:00–22:00, with hourly hours offered on a seasonal basis depending on event hall needs (0–37.5 h/week).
