We are looking for cleaners in Joensuu. At the beginning of your employment, you will work at various commercial premises, such as a shopping centre, factory, and apartment-building properties. The work is mainly carried out on weekday mornings, starting at 6:00 a.m. In this role, you will be independently responsible for the cleanliness of our customer sites, as well as other customer-service tasks related to cleaning services. You will play an important role in ensuring that everyday operations run smoothly. You will work responsibly, follow safety and quality procedures, and take care of your working environment. Your duties include, among other things: Daily cleaning and maintenance tasks; Machine-based deep cleaning; Waxing floors; Window cleaning; Ensuring the quality of your own work; Proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and products; Cooperation with customers and the work community; Ability to work independently and carefully; Responsibility and reliability; Willingness to learn and develop your skills. We expect you to have: The ability to understand work instructions and communicate in order to manage your employment and ensure safe working, in Finnish or English.
