Night Supervisor

This position is for a permanent Night Supervisor at the Sahapuisto residential unit operated by Sininauha Foundation. The role involves guiding and supporting residents, ensuring night-time safety and quiet, addressing disturbances, inspecting facilities, alarms and fire safety systems, and maintaining up-to-date client records. The successful candidate will work with other night supervisors and participate in community-building, resident guidance, and unit development. Requirements include a minimum social and health care sector basic qualification (e.g., practical nurse qualification). Experience in substance abuse and mental health work and work with the homeless are valued. A criminal record extract is required under the Social Welfare and Health Care Supervisory Act, and a SOTE card is needed due to the transition to Kantaan on 1 September 2026. The position falls under the Private Social Services Collective Agreement. Salary class G21 (based on experience) with monthly pay of 2543.33–2871.53 € plus shift allowances.
