Sales Assistant

Sales assistant for Sale Tennby in Parainen. The role is permanent and part-time at 10 hours per week, starting by agreement. Responsibilities include customer service, cashier duties, shelf maintenance, collecting robo orders, general organization and cleaning. The work is fast-paced, requires the ability to switch between tasks, and is largely independent with the store often operated by one person. We value previous sales experience and independence, though it is not required. The position follows the Retail Trade collective agreement. Hourly pay ranges from €10.89 to €14.57, depending on training and experience. Evening and weekend bonuses apply, and there is a potential commission of up to €1.20 per hour worked.
