The candidate should have technical education, experience in production quality, strong ISO 9001, 8D, and FMEA knowledge, practical measurement skills, and proficiency in Finnish. Additional assets include reading drawings, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, experience with SPC and reporting tools like Excel and Power BI, SAP experience, and English skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage deviation handling and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Why, Ishikawa methods)
- Design, maintain, and develop quality assurance methods (PFMEA, Control Plan, process inspections)
- Program Mitutoyo CMM measurement machines and develop measurement programs
- Develop measurement system capabilities and collaborate with calibration teams
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics
- Support audits and ISO 9001 maintenance, train staff in quality management
Requirements
- Technical education in relevant field
