Surface Treatment Process Operator

We are looking for a Process Operator for our client’s surface treatment production line for a permanent position. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the surface treatment production process and ensuring smooth production flow, product quality, and operational efficiency as part of a skilled production team. The position involves three-shift work. Job Description As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating the surface treatment production process. Your duties include operating automated surface treatment line equipment, monitoring process performance, conducting quality inspections, and addressing quality deviations. You will also ensure safe working practices by following work instructions and occupational health and safety regulations. What We Expect from You We expect applicants to have previous experience in industrial production or other process industry roles. Previous experience in surface treatment or painting processes is considered an advantage, but most importantly, we value a motivated attitude and a willingness to learn and develop in the role. We hope you have a good technical understanding and the ability to manage and monitor production processes. We appreciate accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The working language is Finnish and/or English, and success in this role requires good communication skills in at least one of these languages. What We Offer and Salary We offer a permanent, full-time position in a stable working environment. The work is performed in a three-shift rotation. Salary will be determined according to your experience and salary expectations (starting salary approximately €14-16/hour). Previous work experience, education, and professional competence will be taken into consideration when determining the final salary. Employment terms are based on the Collective Agreement for the Technology Industry. We provide all required work clothing and equipment to support your daily work.
