Room Attendant

We are looking for temporary, part-time helper hosts for Airbnb properties in Rovaniemi. The positions vary by contract size and hours (0–30 hours per week), making the job suitable for students, another job, or other life circumstances. Shifts are mainly between 10:00 and 16:00, and work takes place at various accommodation premises around Rovaniemi. We are a growing hosting company that ensures high-quality maintenance of short-term rental properties and a smooth guest experience. Helper hosts are a key part of our team, ensuring every guest arrives to a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable space. Your responsibilities include cleaning Airbnb properties, changing linens and making beds, restocking supplies, and reporting any deficiencies or maintenance needs. The role is largely independent, but you may work with a colleague at times. Travel between properties and storage areas is required, and a valid driving license (B) and own car are necessary. A mileage allowance is provided for work trips. We offer: fixed-term part-time work (0–30 h/week), flexible shifts, starting wage of €14/hour plus collective agreement-based supplements, mileage reimbursement, thorough orientation, and a supportive team atmosphere.
