Junior Audit Assistant

Junior Audit Assistant at Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice in Jönköping. You will work alongside both junior and experienced colleagues, supporting you as you grow. Your tasks include reviewing internal controls, analyzing financial and sustainability reports, and interacting with clients in a consultative manner. You will work in an international environment with opportunities to work abroad, and you will have influence over your development from the start. In collaboration with senior staff you will learn the client’s business, processes and accounting issues. You will assist in reviewing internal controls and items in income statements and balance sheets to help clients develop their processes and control environment. The role involves using tools for data analysis, AI and automation, and close cooperation with the client and the rest of the audit team to increase reliability in financial and sustainability reports. Qualifications: recently graduated economist who is eager to develop themselves and their surroundings. You are a team player but also able to work independently. You are structured, outgoing, curious and driven by new challenges. Further we look for good grades and engagement outside studies, strong Swedish and English language skills, interest in business development, relevant work experience (e.g. in economics, banking, customer contact) is meritorious, and IT-related studies plus strong Excel skills are also meritorious.
