RF/HW Engineer

We are seeking an experienced RF/Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at Nextfour, a full‑service product development partner. The role offers the chance to design components or larger subsystems for customer products, with demanding and interesting requirements. Daily work includes collaborating with software, mechanical, optics, UI/UX and other specialists in a customer-facing environment. The candidate should have several years of product development experience in RF and electronics design, practical understanding of architecture design in RF and electronics, and be proficient with modern design methods; experience with PCB design tools (e.g., PADS) is advantageous. You will also engage in testing and validation of prototypes, including RF/antenna/EMC testing setups in our prototyping lab, potentially near the Turku archipelago. English language skills are required for documentation and customer interaction. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Turku, Finland.
