Responsibilities
- Act as a key account lead within the Data Centre sector
- Lead and oversee strategic client projects
- Chair and lead meetings with senior client stakeholders, contractors and project partners
- Support business growth by developing new client relationships
- Lead pre- and post-contract cost management across complex construction programmes
- Manage the tender and procurement process
- Produce and review estimates, cost plans and commercial strategies
- Monitor project spend through valuations, cost reporting and change management
- Support the preparation and negotiation of final accounts
- Lead the resolution of construction disputes, variations and loss/expense claims
- Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements
- Lead and mentor cost management professionals
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on quality, innovation and client value
Requirements
- Chartered status or on the path to complete it
- Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
- Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
- Experience on Data centre, Life Science projects
