Responsibilities include onboarding to the Pennylane Academy, learning the product, handling inquiries, and progressively taking on more complex client requests. Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting-related requests and client inquiries
- Resolve issues or escalate to technical teams when needed
- Help accountants of businesses and firms integrate data into Pennylane
- Collaborate within the team to ensure customer success
- Develop product knowledge and customer support processes over time
- Contribute to creating and updating help resources for clients
Requirements
- Accounting training (BTs CGO, DCG, BTS assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA or Bachelor Responsable admin et comptable)
- At least 4 years of experience in an accounting firm (ideally three fiscal periods)
- Direct work with the manager is a plus
- Interest in innovative tools and technologies
- Autonomy and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus
- Professional level English
- Strong writing and pedagogy to interact with users
- Ability to understand and meet client needs and maintain good client relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes of the tool
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on product evolutions
