Sales Assistant

Sales assistant position at the Parainen office, supporting the sales team with order processing, invoicing and logistics tasks. The role involves handling export orders and deliveries, coordinating orders with production, sending order confirmations, invoicing, arranging freight and customs, and preparing weekly shipping schedules and Intrastat declarations. The candidate should be customer‑focused, proactive, precise, and able to collaborate with clients, production and carriers in a fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in sales support and order handling is welcome but not required; training is provided. Proficiency in Finnish and English is expected.
