Early childhood education teacher

We are looking for an Early Childhood Education Teacher to Maitorpan Daycare in Vantaa for a permanent contract starting 1 September 2026 or by agreement. The daycare comprises four groups and operates in the peaceful Maitorpan residential area. We actively utilize nearby playgrounds and regularly go on forest trips. Our well-equipped facilities enable strong small-group activities in line with the Early Childhood Education Curriculum. We participate in the ProVaka operating model, where adults act as role models for children and the model strengthens inclusive practice and consistent guidance methods that value social skills. In our unit, two broad-spectrum special education teachers assist and support you especially in matters related to child support. A dedicated development-based partner supports family collaboration. For the educator, one sak day is planned in the work shift and there is also a weekly common sak time for all teachers.
