Responsibilities
- Manage and administer DB2 on z/OS platform
- Configure, install and maintain DB2 utilities
- Handle security: RACF, grants, roles
- Capacity planning and growth projections
- Coordinate database project plans with teams
- Backup/Recovery planning
- 24x7 on-call production support
- Solve incidents and implement DB changes
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with DB2 V12 and V13
- Experience with z/OS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, and DB2 Utilities
- Experience with DDL, capacity/performance management
- DB2 Backup/Recovery
- DB2 Security (RACF)
- SQL, DB2 utilities, performance tuning
