Personal Assistants on Framework Contracts

Would you like to do meaningful work flexibly according to your own schedule? Join the Onni team and do important, client-oriented work as a personal assistant on a framework contract. We are looking for personal assistants for Onni's framework-contract pool in the [locality/area] area. As a personal assistant, you support our clients with everyday tasks and leisure activities. The people receiving assistance need help because of an illness or disability, and duties are always determined by the client's individual support needs. Work may include household chores, errands, outdoor activities and other activities that support everyday life. A driving licence and access to your own car are required for the work. What does a framework contract at Onni mean? A framework contract allows you to work occasional shifts without committing to a specific number of hours. Shifts are offered through the DomaCare system, where you can choose the shifts that suit you best. Work is available on weekdays and weekends, as well as morning and evening shifts. Pay and other employment terms are determined by the collective agreement for private social services. Before starting shifts, you will receive appropriate induction, and support is also available during work when needed. Employment is formed separately for each shift that is agreed and accepted.
