The position starts on 1 October 2026 and continues until the end of May 2027. The role is located in a supported group with 15 children aged 3–6 years and five early childhood education professionals. We are looking for a development-minded and wellness-promoting educator to join our team as a skilled special education teacher in early childhood education. The guiding principles are positive pedagogy and safe operating models. Work is done with enthusiasm, positivity and a humane approach. The applicant should have a special education approach and good teamwork skills. We value prior experience in early childhood education but also consider students in the field. Kairinan Daycare operates in a newly built facility opened August 2025. The building provides a pleasant, calm and safe environment for pedagogy. The daycare has 8 child groups; the supported group is one of them. The special education support team participates in onboarding. Child safety is central to all activities and all employees must protect children’s personal integrity and safety, which is a mandatory condition for employment; a criminal background check will be performed before signing the contract.
