CNC Lathe Operator

CNC lathe operator wanted for Pirkkala. We are seeking a CNC machinist for a long-term position in a modern workshop environment where parts are primarily turned from soft materials, with varying lot sizes. The role suits someone with experience in CNC machining or strong motivation to learn more through hands-on work. Responsibilities include turning for soft materials, machine setup and tool changes, measurement and quality assurance during production, and ensuring smooth production flow. We expect you to have experience in CNC machining or relevant training, a precise and meticulous work method, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to work in shifts, and an interest in developing your own skills in machining. We offer a stable long-term employment in a solid family-owned company, a tidy and professional workshop, onboarding to the tasks and methods, and pay by agreement (Technology Industry collective agreement, about 15–20 €/h).
