Visio Sähkö is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Personnel Consultant (HR) in the electrical industry. The role combines administration of temporary staff, handling contracts and certificates, and other HR-related administrative tasks with executing recruited postings, handling applications, interviewing candidates, and preparing introductory texts. The position involves some travel to deliver equipment to workers as needed. The work is office-based with on-site presence; remote work is not offered. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in the staffing industry, experience with the Likeit system, good IT and writing skills, and a valid B-driver’s license with access to a car. You should be a timetuned team player who can take responsibility for the right tasks proactively. We offer a meaningful, non-bureaucratic work environment with a modern office in Helsinki’s Matinkylä area and a parking space in the garage. Salary range for this position is 2500–3500 €/month depending on the candidate and what is brought to the table.
