We are looking for two permanent CNC milling machine operators for our client Harvia Finland Oy. In this role you will be part of the production team, responsible for operating CNC controlled milling centres, checking programs, and ensuring quality and efficient production. We expect you to have prior experience with CNC milling centers in industrial production and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently. You are familiar with common metal materials and understand the importance of tolerances, material data and manufacturing instructions as part of the production process. The role also requires experience in buffing and optimizing material usage, and the ability to identify potential programming errors before production. We especially value: - Experience with CNC milling centers - Fluency in reading technical drawings - Knowledge of metal materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) - Experience with buffing and optimizing material usage - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additionally advantageous: - Experience with Prima Power production equipment - CAD/CAM skills - Forklift license or forklift experience - Experience with production control systems - Experience with mass production and production development - Basic maintenance/maintenance skills at user level We seek people who take responsibility for their own work and can work independently without constant supervision.
