Sales Assistant

Primary location: Salo. We are looking for a Sales Assistant for Suomusjärvi and Kiikala Sale, part-time 20 h/week. The role suits someone who enjoys customer service and a lively work environment. Previous experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided. As a Sales Assistant, you will perform typical tasks: customer interactions, cash handling, shelving, and managing loss prevention and product availability. We value a cheerful demeanor and collaborative teamwork. Must be 18+ and able to work morning, day, and evening shifts roughly between 7–21, with availability at both Kiikala and Suomusjärvi stores. Salary is paid according to the Retail Trade Collective Agreement, with hourly pay in the range €10.89–€14.57. There is also potential for a yearly performance bonus.
