Maintenance Technician

We are recruiting a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our client Rani Plast for a permanent, full-time position in Teerijärvi. This is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by Rani Plast. As a Maintenance Technician, together with the rest of the maintenance team, you are responsible for the operational reliability of production machinery, equipment and facilities. Your work is important for ensuring smooth production: you will take care of preventive maintenance and resolve any disruptions quickly. Your workdays are varied. Your duties include servicing, repairing and installing machinery and equipment, carrying out preventive maintenance, investigating and fixing faults, and performing various maintenance tasks related to the facilities. You will also participate in developing maintenance operations and document completed maintenance work in the maintenance system. You will succeed in this role if you have: - Suitable technical education and previous experience in maintenance - Technical understanding of machinery, equipment and how they operate - A proactive, responsible and careful approach to work - The ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good problem-solving and organisational skills - A willingness to learn and develop your expertise - A positive attitude and genuine interest in maintenance work We also value experience in industrial maintenance, electrical or automation technology, and working in a production environment.
