StaffMill Oy offers demolition workers fixed-term, full-time positions for 2–3 months on varying contracts across Finland. Join our client’s team and bring your expertise to diverse demolition projects. You will work on sites nationwide performing demolition work with hand tools, hydraulic demolition tools, and excavators. You will read and follow demolition plans and construction drawings; correctly sorting and recycling construction waste. Requirements include prior demolition site experience, a valid safety card (we can assist with obtaining/updating), and a B-class driving license, plus Finnish language skills. Competencies include safe handling of tools and equipment, reading plans/drawings, waste sorting and recycling, strong safety mindset and compliance, teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability. Additional value if you also hold a C-class license. Location: varying project sites around Finland (not in the Helsinki area). Employment type: fixed-term (2–3 months). Working hours: full-time.
