Are you interested in versatile industrial painting tasks? Do you want to work for a company with a relaxed and positive atmosphere and great colleagues? We are seeking a motivated painter for our client Europress Group Oy in Kerava for a long-term, full-time position. Europress Group Oy, founded in the 1970s, is a leading manufacturer of recycling presses and balers in Northern Europe, focusing on quality, sustainability and environmental responsibility. The products are manufactured at the Kerava plant, with around 60 professionals in welding, assembly and surface finishing. Your workday at Europress will involve a mix of tasks in the finishing department for waste presses and balers, including high-pressure spray painting and manual blast cleaning as well as blasting with a robot. At the start you will focus on shot blasting, after which you will be trained in painting tasks. Heavy parts are handled with hoists and forklifts, so forklift skills and experience with bridge cranes are an advantage. The weekly working time is 40 hours, with alternating morning and evening shifts from Monday to Friday; morning shift 06:00–14:00 and evening shift 14:00–22:00. The employment relationship follows the Technology Industries collective agreement (TES), and pay is negotiable based on your skills and experience. We look for: experience in spray painting or blast cleaning; a hardworking and motivated attitude; willingness to develop in various painting tasks; readiness for two-shift work. We offer: a long-term position in a spacious modern plant with high-quality tools, thorough onboarding, supportive teammates and supervisors, and strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. After a six-month fixed-term period through WorkPower, you are hoped to continue directly with Europress with company benefits including culture, sports and massage allowances, plus occupational health care. The HR team will support you throughout the employment. If you’re interested, please apply directly via our website; interviews will start during the application period and we will fill the position as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
