About the role

**Do you want to be part of building the personnel processes of a growing industrial company?** Aisti is bringing a new generation of wood-fiber-based acoustic material to the market, challenging traditional construction solutions. We offer a flexible hybrid model where remote work is possible, considering the nature of the task. However, the position requires regular presence at our locations and occasional travel between Jyväskylä and Kitee. **Our value is exceptional** This means a desire to do things exceptionally. Not just well, but in a way that moves things forward and challenges conventional solutions. In this role, this is particularly evident in how you combine accuracy, a service-oriented attitude, and a willingness to develop. You understand that functional personnel processes and reliable payroll are central to the employee experience and the organization's success. At the same time, we are open about the daily work: not everything is ready yet. We are growing strongly, building new operating models, and continuously developing processes. This requires initiative, flexibility, and the ability to operate in a changing environment. **What do we expect from you?** - suitable education, for example, in payroll, personnel, or financial administration - experience in payroll and managing payroll administration wholes - experience in applying collective agreements in practice - understanding of HR administration processes and employment matters - a careful, systematic, and precise way of working - ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own area of duty - good cooperation and interaction skills - fluent Finnish and good English language skills **Considered an advantage:** - experience with Chemical Industry collective agreements - experience in payroll administration of an industrial or manufacturing company - experience with HR systems and personnel data management - experience in developing HR processes - knowledge of the basics of accounting or interest in expanding expertise to financial administration tasks in the future **What do we offer you?** - a central role in building the personnel processes of a growing industrial company - a versatile role combining payroll, HR administration, and the development of personnel processes - the opportunity to influence the development of operating methods, systems, and processes - a responsible role where you see the impact of your work on the entire organization's operations - the opportunity to grow with the role as the company grows - an enthusiastic and low-hierarchy work community The salary range for the position is approximately €3,400–3,800/month depending on the selected person's experience. **Additionally, we offer:** - an option program for all staff - sports and culture benefit (ePassi) - comprehensive occupational health care - leisure travel insurance At Aisti, we want you to be proud of what you build and how you influence the functionality of a growing organization, the employee experience, and the construction of personnel processes.
