We are seeking a seasonal meat cutter for Kuusamo. The work is during the reindeer hunting season and workload varies with the availability of reindeer and the season. The employment relationship is fixed-term and shift schedules may vary during different phases of the season. Main tasks include professional handling and cutting of reindeer meat into different cuts, sorting the meat, trimming, preparing for packaging, and other meat-processing steps. The work requires strict adherence to food hygiene, quality requirements and safety guidelines. A good knowledge of deer anatomy and experience in meat cutting is required. You must be able to work efficiently in a busy seasonal period while maintaining high quality. We value initiative, thoroughness, good physical condition and the ability to work as part of a team. Salary: based on your experience 14€-18€/hour. Working hours: October–January.
