About the role
Job Description We are looking for a Developer Experience Engineer to help make Agentic Studio easier to build with, adopt, validate, and scale across Engineering, Product, FDEs, Presales, and Partners. This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of developer experience, agentic AI, technical enablement, and product validation. You will build sample agents and reference implementations, create reusable patterns and templates, dogfood new platform capabilities, test real-world use cases, and work closely with Engineering and Product to turn what you learn into improvements to Agentic Studio. This is not a traditional Developer Relations, documentation, or training role. You will be expected to build, experiment, test, troubleshoot, and work directly with the platform. What You'll Do Build Build sample agents and reference implementations that demonstrate Agentic Studio capabilities. Create reusable templates, patterns, and examples for common enterprise AI use cases. Build feature validation environments and proof-of-concepts for new platform capabilities. Experiment with new agentic patterns, tools, integrations, MCPs, and AI capabilities. Turn real-world use cases into working examples that can be reused by Engineering, FDEs, Presales, and Partners. Identify opportunities to simplify the developer experience through better tooling, examples, and platform capabilities. Enable Help onboard Engineering, FDEs, Product Managers, Presales, and Partners to Agentic Studio. Create hands-on technical workshops, demos, walkthroughs, and examples. Help teams understand how and when to use different Agentic Studio capabilities. Support technical enablement for new features and releases. Create reusable technical assets that help teams become productive without requiring direct engineering support. Validate Dogfood new Agentic Studio capabilities before and during releases. Test new features against realistic enterprise AI use cases. Identify usability, technical, workflow, and developer-experience gaps. Challenge new capabilities from the perspective of someone actually building agents. Reproduce issues and work with Engineering to diagnose and resolve them. Provide structured feedback and recommendations to Product and Engineering. Help validate whether new platform capabilities are ready for broader adoption. Document Create practical how-to guides and technical implementation examples. Define patterns and anti-patterns for building agents with Agentic Studio. Create reference architectures and recommended implementation approaches. Develop technical adoption playbooks for common scenarios. Keep examples and guidance aligned with the latest platform capabilities. Turn lessons learned from real implementations into reusable knowledge. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means making it significantly easier for technical teams to build and adopt Agentic Studio. You will: Create examples and reference implementations that become starting points for new agents. Help FDEs, Engineering, Presales, and Partners become productive faster. Identify platform friction before it becomes a customer problem. Validate new capabilities against real-world use cases. Establish practical patterns for building agents effectively. Bring real-world technical feedback back into Engineering and Product. Become a trusted technical resource for how Agentic Studio should be used. The Role in One Loop Build → Enable → Validate → Document → Bridge → Improve You will be close to the real-world usage of Agentic Studio and have a direct opportunity to influence both how people build with the platform and how the platform evolves.
