Construction Worker

We are seeking construction workers for our client companies in the Tampere area for varied projects. The role involves a range of construction tasks, carried out independently or with a pair. Tasks are chosen based on your skills and interests, so you may be an experienced construction professional or someone at the start of your career who wants to learn and grow. Your work may include partition wall work, formwork and concreting, demolition, window and door installation, or carpentry. The sites vary from residential to commercial and public projects, and work sites include both new-build and renovation projects. Work starts by agreement; we are looking for workers for upcoming autumn projects. We offer varied construction tasks in the Tampere area; compensation based on experience around 13–16 EUR/hour with allowances such as travel reimbursement; professional work clothing and required protective gear; long-term opportunities for a suitable candidate; and a dedicated personnel consultant to assist you throughout your employment. To succeed you should have previous experience in construction, initiative, reliability, and ability to work independently; a valid occupational safety card; construction training is considered an advantage.
