You will have the opportunity to perform a wide variety of recruitment tasks, challenge yourself, develop your skills, and handle administrative tasks that require systematic organization. Tasks The role includes both recruitment process tasks and administrative work. As a recruitment assistant, you will act as the right hand to our consultants and recruitment managers. Your duties include supporting the recruitment processes of client companies as well as assisting consultant managers with employment matters. The emphasis between recruitment and administrative work varies according to the market situation, making the role very versatile. Your tasks include, among others: - Writing and publishing job advertisements - Reviewing job applications and screening candidates - Conducting phone interviews and inviting candidates to follow-up interviews - Administrative tasks, such as supporting employment matters, payroll tasks, drafting employment certificates, and processing travel expenses and phone benefits - Searching for and contacting potential candidates through various channels - As you develop, conducting personal interviews and operating in the B2B customer interface What we expect from our new colleague - Interest in recruitment and administrative tasks - Courage to dive into new situations and make independent decisions on a tight schedule - Flexibility and adaptability to work in varying tasks - An independent and responsible way of working - Ambition and a desire to develop - An efficient and systematic approach to work - Fluent skills in Finnish and English, both spoken and written - A university degree - Willingness to work at the Espoo office for the first six months, after which you will move to a hybrid work model where approximately half of the working time is spent in the office. - Ability and willingness to commit to holiday cover: readiness to cover during the summer holiday season (from Midsummer to the end of August) and during the Christmas holiday period - Experience in office and customer service roles, as well as tasks involving fixed-term contracts, is considered an advantage. For the first six months of employment, work takes place full-time at the office.
