Our property management office is seeking a positive-minded accountant/invoicer for a permanent position to join our friendly team. We are looking for a new person due to the current employee's change in personal circumstances. The position is primarily full-time, but part-time work is also possible, sharing client accounts with the current employee. Applicants should have previous experience in customer service and financial administration, good IT skills (Microsoft Office), and readiness for teamwork and customer service. Additionally, any education and work experience in property management and real estate are considered an advantage. When applying, it is required that the applicant understands what constitutes financial statements and is at least prepared to prepare them. Preference is given to those already skilled in preparing financial statements. Knowledge related to legal calculations and VAT is also beneficial. Attention to detail and good stress tolerance are especially important. We use the Domus property management system, and prior experience with it is a significant advantage. We offer the opportunity to handle financial administration tasks for a property management office in our modern office, with the possibility of training specifically for this field. Tasks include accounting for housing companies with financial statements, accounts receivable management, processing purchase invoices, billing for maintenance fees and usage charges, and customer service.
