About the role

We are now looking for a Business Resilience Manager, Risk Management to join the UPM Risk Management team. This is a global specialist role focused on strengthening UPM’s ability to withstand disruption, respond effectively to incidents and recover critical operations within agreed expectations.

Job Details

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain continuity framework across Business Areas, Global Functions and sites
Define recovery objectives and priorities
Facilitate resilience and crisis management exercises
Support Loss Prevention program and identify vulnerabilities
Develop resilience KPIs and maturity reporting
Support regulatory requirements including NIS2 and CER

Requirements

Master’s degree or another relevant university degree
Several years of experience in business continuity, operational resilience, crisis or risk management
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, technology or complex operational environments
Strong facilitation, project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
Fluent English in written and spoken form
