Early Years Teacher

Vantaa City, Education and Learning, Early Childhood Education - Keimolanmäen Daycare, Ajolenkki 8, 01700 Vantaa. Fixed-term/ permanent depending on contract. We are seeking an early childhood education teacher for a group of 1-3 year olds starting 1 September 2026 or as agreed. Keimolanmäen Daycare operates a home-area model with six zones, two children’s groups per zone, and shared facilities with Keimolanmäen School. Work shifts are mainly from 7:50 to 16:09 with one full sak-day planned in each unit and weekly sak time for all teachers. Terms governed by the Municipal Educational Personnel Collective Agreement (OVTES). Salary: 3129.71 EUR/month, with monthly increments for qualifications: +15 EUR for eligible teaching qualifications and +37.88 EUR for Master of Education; additional experience-based pay 3-8%.
