Role: Construction Supervisor for a data center project in Espoo. You will be responsible for the daily supervision of the installation team on the site in Espoo, overseeing approximately 20 installers, organizing their daily work, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules, and coordinating with the client and other stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with different parties on the construction site and serve as the client’s point of contact when needed, in cooperation with other stakeholders. Your duties include: supervising about 20 installers, monitoring work efficiency and timetables, ensuring smooth operations on site, coordinating and prioritizing daily tasks, and ensuring safety and high quality of work. Requirements: previous experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role; ability to lead and guide the installation team independently; good collaboration and communication skills; systematic and responsible work attitude; ability to manage schedules and the overall project in a busy environment; readiness to work with the client and other stakeholders; a university degree in construction or building services is an asset. We offer a responsible, varied role in a significant data center project and the opportunity to work with a skilled team. The work runs at least until the end of the year and starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
