Site Supervisor

We are seeking a site supervisor for office/commercial renovation projects in the Greater Helsinki area and the wider Uusimaa region. In this role you will be central to the coordination of office renovation and alteration works, oversee daily on-site activities, ensure projects progress according to plan, and lead the site comprehensively while safeguarding schedules, quality, and safety. You will collaborate closely with the project organization, subcontractors, and clients. The candidate should have a suitable education, for example a building engineer (AMK) or equivalent, prior experience as a site supervisor in renovation construction, and experience with office premises. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, proactive and systematic work approach, and the ability to drive the site forward independently while managing multiple tasks are required.
