Requirements include Advanced English Proficiency, Dominican ID, High School Diploma, 1+ year contact center experience, reliable 25 Mbps internet, a power source, and a quiet home workspace. - Assist clients via phone with interpretation
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Develop subject-matter knowledge through training

Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Dominican ID
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of contact center experience
- Advanced English Proficiency
- Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps minimum)
- Electricity contract (last invoice)
- Power inverter or uninterruptible power source
