Sales Negotiator

We are looking for a results-driven and independent Sales Negotiator / Sales Representative to join our growing personnel leasing company in Southwest Finland (Varsinais-Suomi). In this role you will be responsible for active new customer acquisition and building long-term client relationships. The job is independent and offers excellent earning potential based on results. Key duties include B2B new business development, selling temporary staffing services to various industries, identifying customer needs and offering solutions, maintaining and developing customer relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish. We expect strong proactive attitude, proven sales experience (staffing industry experience beneficial), excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently in an entrepreneur-based model, and a desire to grow your own business.
