Traffic Controllers

We are looking for energetic traffic controllers for our customer in the Pyhäjoki area. The work involves varied traffic control on an infrastructure project. Your duties include directing traffic in worksite areas, implementing and maintaining temporary traffic arrangements, and installing and moving traffic signs, barriers and directional signs. You will also safely guide pedestrians, cyclists and vehicle traffic, monitor worksite safety, cooperate with worksite personnel and supervisors, and report observations related to traffic arrangements. We expect you to have an Occupational Safety Card and Tieturva 1 qualification, a careful and responsible approach to work, good interaction and cooperation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You do not need previous experience; a motivated attitude and willingness to work are enough. You must be an adult and speak Finnish. Access to your own car is an advantage because of the worksite location. We provide job orientation and support from the work community at the site. You will also have the support of a SOL contact person throughout your work. Work begins by agreement, and work is available at least until the end of the year, possibly longer. The work may be full-time or part-time. You will work two shifts between 06:00 and 22:00. Pay is according to the Infrastructure Industry collective agreement. Interested?
