Regional Manager

Bilfinger Finland Oy is seeking a sales-oriented regional manager for electrical and instrumentation services to Western Finland. The position can be based in Rauma, Harjavalta or Vaasa. The Regional Manager will lead and develop the Western Finland business as part of an international and established group. Responsibilities include driving region’s business development and profitability, developing and maintaining customer relationships and acquiring new customers, ensuring financial performance, budgeting and monthly reporting, managing projects and staffing, leading and developing the team, internal communications and implementing company practices in the region, ensuring safety and compliance with HSEQ requirements, and collaborating with other stakeholders. The candidate must have at least five years of experience in service or project business leadership within an industrial environment, prior people-management experience, strong financial steering, budgeting and bid calculation skills, a sales-oriented attitude, customer-centric approach, a technical educational background, willingness to travel within Western Finland and abroad as needed, and fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus).
