StaffPoint’s training consists of a four-day program held in Lapland in mid-November. During the days, you will learn the basics of café work and participate in various practical exercises. You will be employed at a café at Kittilä or Ivalo airport after completing this training. The minimum employment period is the Christmas season from November to around Epiphany. Please indicate during the recruitment whether you are primarily interested in working only for the Christmas season or for the entire winter season 2026-2027. During the employment, you will be paid according to the collective agreement based on your job duties, with an average of 90-112.5 hours every three weeks.
