We are seeking a mechanic to work with lifting devices, machines and technical equipment in Pirkkala, Finland. The role includes maintenance, repair and installation tasks, diagnosing faults and documenting work steps. The candidate should have technical education and/or previous experience in a similar role, be able to read technical drawings and work instructions, and be proactive, cooperative and eager to learn. You will work as part of a skilled team with onboarding and support. Prior experience specifically with lifting devices is not required if you have a solid technical baseline and motivation to learn. Typical duties include mechanical maintenance, repair and installation of various machines and equipment, preventive maintenance and fault finding, documenting work stages and maintenance, and problem solving on site. We offer a salary based on experience and skills, typically around 13–15 €/hour, a permanent employment via Worknow at the start, comprehensive onboarding, supportive colleagues, opportunities to develop technical skills, and a varied role with lifting devices and machines.
