Multimedia Journalist

Two vacancies for passionate and brave journalists to produce high‑quality content: text, images, sound and video. The role involves independently finding and ideating interesting story ideas, crafting insightful reports and in‑depth interviews, asking tough questions, following societal phenomena and trends, identifying angles that appeal to current and future subscribers, reacting quickly to daily news events, and appearing naturally on video and live broadcasts. The position requires strong journalistic experience and evidence, appreciation for field studies, excellent Finnish language skills, and a valid driver's license. Employment is permanent and based in Oulu, with opportunities to develop skills in a multi‑media environment and to work in a professional and supportive team. The job is governed by the Medialiitto and Journalistiliitto collective agreements and belongs to pay grade 2B.
