Foreman

This is a production and maintenance supervisory role at Millog Marine & Power Oy, Hämeenlinna, for a fixed-term period. The candidate will be responsible for organizing daily work within the motor repair, vehicle maintenance and machining area, participate in production planning as possible, and lead the team to achieve set objectives. The duties include ordering and delivering parts, and daily customer service. A suitable technical background or equivalent knowledge and previous experience in a supervisory role in maintenance or production is required. Strong people management skills and a willingness to develop leadership abilities are important. The role requires good problem solving and organizational skills, ability to work under occasional pressure, flexibility, and a customer-oriented service mindset. Good ICT skills and experience with SAP are valued, as is knowledge of small engines, electrical equipment and instrument maintenance.
