Responsibilities

Onboarding new clients (businesses and accounting firms) to Pennylane platform
Main contact for existing customers; build trusted relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Conduct regular health-checks and reviews to maximize satisfaction and reduce churn
Collaborate with German Sales and Management to optimize processes and influence product requirements
Develop into a product expert for the finance and accounting landscape in Germany

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, account management or similar client-facing role
Qualified as tax clerk/advisor or Finance degree
Deep understanding of financial needs of businesses or accounting firms
Strong communication and empathy; ability to explain complex concepts simply
Hands-on mindset; proactive and collaborative in a startup environment
Willingness to travel for onboarding and client visits (Germany)
German proficiency (C2/native) and fluent English
