Childcare Worker

Lastenhoitaja is sought for Kilterin Daycare in Vantaa to cover a parental leave from 10 August 2026 to 31 December 2026. The role includes three-shift work in a 24/7 daycare with a rich pedagogical program that engages children in daily activities, including evenings and weekends. The daycare emphasizes small-group pedagogy, child participation, and positive pedagogy, with a culture of unhurried, reflective learning. The facility houses modern rooms including a large gym, studio, and nature-study room, with a spacious two-story yard for outdoor learning. The team consists of 32 early childhood educators; the environment is relaxed and supportive, and teamwork and mutual respect are valued. The daycare location is in Myyrmäki, with easily accessible facilities and on-site resources enabling diverse pedagogical experiences.
