Seasonal cafe worker and customer service attendant

Ice Karting Levi is looking for an enthusiastic cafe and customer service worker for the upcoming winter season! Ice Karting Levi offers exciting and memorable experiences to both Finnish and international visitors in the beautiful scenery of Levi. If your passion is providing customers with top-quality service and unforgettable experiences, you may be the person we are looking for. Working period: December 2026–March 2027, or flexibly as agreed. The tasks include, among other things: - Welcoming and guiding customers - Giving safety instructions and helping customers change into equipment - Cafe customer service, the cafe’s daily tasks, and taking care of cleanliness We expect you to have: - A cheerful and energetic customer-service attitude - Initiative and teamwork skills - Speed, the ability to handle pressure, and good situational awareness - Fluent English skills (other languages are considered an advantage) Staff accommodation is included in the employment. Previous experience in customer service, tourism activities, or cafe work is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important!
