Café Worker / Deputy Supervisor in Naantali We are looking for a café worker for our customer company for a permanent position in Naantali. Do you enjoy customer service and the varied everyday work of a café? We are looking for a self-directed, service-minded employee who is interested in the café sector and wants to develop in their work. Your duties include serving customers, operating the cash register, preparing coffee and other drinks, selling and displaying café products. You will also keep the café clean and take part in other daily café tasks. If you have strong experience in café work and possibly also supervisory experience, the role may include deputy supervisor responsibilities. In that case, you will help ensure the smooth running of the café’s daily operations and support the rest of the team in their everyday work. The precise area of responsibility will be agreed according to your skills. Work is available for up to 90 hours in three weeks, and the number of hours will be agreed according to your preferences and the café’s needs. The workplace is in Naantali, and the start date will be agreed as soon as possible. Pay: In accordance with the collective agreement for tourism, restaurant and leisure services.
