Head Chef

We are seeking a head chef for a nationwide restaurant chain in the Satakunta region. As head chef you are responsible for the daily operational activities of the restaurant kitchen. You lead the kitchen team, oversee onboarding, shift planning and the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. You ensure food quality, self-checks, hygiene and the efficiency of sourcing and production in line with the chain concept and operating models. You are responsible for cost-efficiency of the kitchen and work closely with the restaurant manager and regional management. The employment is fixed-term and full-time. We expect from you: experience as head chef or similar kitchen supervisory role; ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff; good organizational skills and stress-resilience; strong hygiene and quality expertise (hygiene passport required); customer- and quality-driven and cost-conscious working approach; willingness to work varied shifts; fluent Finnish.
