We are seeking skilled and reliable maintenance technicians for maintenance tasks at a power plant. The role involves mechanical maintenance and installation work on machines and equipment related to upkeep and annual servicing. The initial period is summer, with a possibility of extension. Ideal candidates are practical, hands-on workers who can handle tools correctly; technical background from training or work experience is beneficial, but people who enjoy welding, assembling, and tinkering in their free time will also be considered. Requirements include relevant training (e.g., in machinery or metal trades), prior similar work experience, being at least 18 years old, fluent Finnish, willingness and positive attitude, valid safety and hot-work permits or willing to obtain them before start, ability to work independently as part of a team, and basic understanding of tools and machines. Desirable: welding and equipment installation experience.
