AI Solution Consultant

The Senior AI Solution Consultant identifies, shapes, and supports the adoption of practical AI solutions that improve business outcomes, delivery efficiency, and user experience for Basware and its customers. Working across Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders, the role translates business needs into scalable AI use cases, supports solution discovery and enablement, and helps ensure that AI initiatives are practical, responsible, and aligned with strategic priorities. Key Tasks and Responsibilities include identifying and assessing customer and business opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, translating business requirements into AI use cases, partnering with stakeholders to design AI-enabled solutions, supporting development of reusable AI approaches, facilitating stakeholder discussions, contributing to solution validation, and promoting responsible AI use. Success is measured by prioritizing AI use cases, stakeholder alignment, creating scalable AI materials, and demonstrating measurable value. Required experience includes a degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields, relevant solution consulting experience, understanding of AI concepts, experience with enterprise platforms, strong stakeholder management, and ability to work in a global organization. The role involves working in multiple locations with a hybrid work mode.
