B2B Sales Representative

We are seeking an energetic B2B sales professional for housing association sales in the Oulu region. The role focuses on B2B selling to housing companies, with a mix of field visits and remote communication by phone and email. You will participate in housing association meetings to persuade residents to join the fiber optic network. Typical day includes scheduling from an office or remote start, calendar review, email follow-up, field visits around 15:00, housing visits, association meetings, paperwork and finalizing agreements, then returning home around 18:00. Requirements include a strong motivation for sales, comfort with in-person selling, autonomous work style, good communication and presentation skills, and a B-driver’s license with access to a car. We offer a varied sales role with growth opportunities, a base salary of 13.5 €/h plus commission ( average ~22 €/h), comprehensive onboarding, support, and benefits such as mileage allowances and daily allowances. Employment is with Rainmaker and includes health services and potential access to a company e-bike. Working time is typically Monday–Friday 12:00–19:30, location: Oulu, contract: 37.5 h/week, permanent, ICT industry collective agreement applies.
