Engineer

What's the role? The purpose of this role is to lead the assigned engineering scope within Large Projects, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality solutions on time and within budget. The role is accountable for maximizing value engineering for our customers while increasing the project share of wallet. A key responsibility is to lead, coach, and support Design Engineers in delivering complex technical solutions under demanding project conditions, using a structured, proactive, and self‑driven approach. The Lead Engineer role is part of the Regional Project Management Office (PMO) organization and reports to PMO Manager in GB Please be aware this role will require you to be able to satisfy and obtain UK Nuclear clearance, these requirements are set by the UK regulatory body. What You’ll Bring - Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or related) with proven experience delivering high quality engineering solutions - Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, self-driven approach and ability to translate complex requirements into clear deliverables - Effective leadership and collaboration across functions, maintaining a holistic, big-picture perspective - Excellent communication and decision-making skills, combined with solid commercial awareness and risk management capability - Experienced in project planning and delivery, demonstrating resilience and motivation in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Please be aware this role will require you to be able to satisfy and obtain UK Nuclear clearance, these requirements are set by the UK regulatory body.
